Smith Recruiting provides recruiting, screening, candidate background investigation, and leadership development services for businesses and nonprofit organizations. Established in 1987, the firm has successfully filled hundreds of senior-level positions throughout the United States.

Smith Recruiting utilizes extensive internal and external resources, including proprietary databases, online career sites, networks and service providers. Certain technologically advanced features of this capability, while often viewed as too costly for individual small businesses or nonprofits, provide us with the ability to reach a vast pool of both active job seekers and passive candidates.
